Merchant Archive

I've seen this done before to many items and by some i've been told it was just HTML used in the item names and that merchant wasnt required....others said it's html but merchant is required. i tried the code (i'm not a merchant) and it dident work possibly because i either typed the code wrong or because it requires merchant....can anyone tell me what hasto be done for this to work?

i'v been typing the code like this /#000000 (that should do black i think) and iv'e also tried adding a slash to the end....any ideas?

Your slash is backwards or is that the backslash i never remember. It should look like \#000000\
