Now before ya'll get upset believe me when I say I used this feature in moderation. All I colored in item names was my makers mark "sv" on the end of an items name, but it doesn't seem to be working any more .

Anyone else unable to color item names? Anyone know of a new way to do so?

It's a new bug today. Gotta love patch day bugs.

I used to colorize only the 'color' name I'd add on the end of every single item, to match the color of the item in tailoring. I would also use colors to name different types of crates, so all my syn cloth was red, all my metal fasteners green, all bio crates blue (to avoid accidentally using them), etc.

I noticed it too. Are you sure this is a bug or are they just removing this ability now?

I kind think they're removing the ability cause so many people abused it. Would be nice to get the ability to make colored names in the merchant proff wouldn't it .

yeah, this sucks. i hope it's just a bug, but wouldn't be nice if they made it available to merchants only?!

Well this really sucks. I am a chef, and I used the colors in the names of my food, to correspond to the HAM pools each item buffed (ie blue for mind, red for health, green for action, purple for combo)...It made it a lot easier for customers who were looking for a certian buff.. Now my menu will look dull and boring and it loses its functionality.

As if Chef could be any less fun, thanks for taking this one little perk away from me...

I only ever coloured the item names of my weapon powerups so that my customers could easily find my stock on the bazaar, I got a lot of business that way and since last night I've havent sold a single powerup

This has happened on a past push. They put color back in. Hopefully they will do it agian.

This issue was disturbing enough to me that I messaged TH to please consider putting it on the list of things to be re-evaluated.

It was a pleasure to use colors in the naming system and I had a system for sorting stimpacks and pets by grade with color. Most would say that color text in names does not rank as high as having mounts, but it seems every time they have a game update, they add one nice feature and nerf another. I used to be irate about these things, but I am loosing my will to care anymore and I am looking at newer games on the horizon and hoping something better comes along.

TH, please let those of us who care about this issue know whether or not it will be considered.

What the hell was there to abuse??? OMG...some people will do or say anything to ruin someone else's good time and functionality just because they can't or don't have the brain power to do the same...

If someone has a problem with people coloring the text of items THAT INDIVIDUAL CREATES AND SELLS WITH HIS OWN TIME AND MONEY bothers you so much, shoot yourself...do the world a favor!!!

PLEASE, fix/return text coloring of items. I won't be crafting anything until this is fixed. Back to my CH for mad cash while it lasts!

Please submit this as a bug and a CSR ticket. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. You can still color structures.
