Merchant Archive

I just paid maintenance on 7 houses; 2 of which show me as owner, 5 that show my partner as owner. I use his extra lots for my crafting and merchant needs of extra houses for storage and manufacturing, factories and harvesters. I pay all expenses on all these assets. He does not have any merchant skills at all. I have Efficiency IV. After I deposited the maintenance money, the status window updated and showed my Merchant Modifier of -20% on all of the buildings, including the ones that list my partner as the owner. This modifier did not apply to "his" buildings when I paid the maintenance on them before --this only appeared after this last patch.

Is my modifier supposed to apply like that?

/bump Ooops. Okay, does anyone know if this is supposed to work this way, or is it a bug? I'll /bug it if I am not supposed to be able to do this.

It should be only property owned by you. They may have altered the code to change the maint rate when you pay maintenance. If so i can see people paying us to pay maint. :-)
