Merchant Archive

Just offered 2 crates of stims to my merchants vendor. He bought them both and retreived them both at once. Got a message that "These items no longer exist. The price of your sale has beed refunded to your account." or some such. I seemed to get the money but the crates are gone. Thought maybe it was the inventory bug I've seen, but his inventory was only about 40 of 60. Anyone else seen this and what's the chance of getting the stims back? There has been a CSR ticket submitted on it.
