This is my first posting in this area of the SWG forums and I'm very much a business novice so please do bear with me. I placed a vendor in a house this afternoon and an unlocked container which had been dropped elsewhere in the building has been emptied as a result... there was a pile of fishing bait and fishing rods in it but now they are gone! I was going to sell them so I'm obviously keen to get them back... does anyone know how to fix this or who should I report this to?

Unlocked containers are notorious for losing contents. They make good furniture, but after I lost (at the time a lot of money to me) 20 pistols in one I've never used them again.

Submit a CSR ticket for lost items. Put the wp of the container and the server that you are on in the tent. Sometimes things come back after server resets, but maybe it wouldn't hurt to ask the CSR to look at it.

Thanks for the advice. I did send in a /bug and I know not whether they intervened or nature was kind but either way on logging back in, the container was full again and all is well with the world

(last time i put anything in those containers though)

if it was a recently dropped container it may still be there

does examine show #/20 or 0/20?

if so pick it up and go throw it in your bank it may rejog the contants inside to be saved

server boundries are notorious for causing items to go empty or seemily poof from your char.

if this is a new spot you moved too, you may want to prepare for such poofage

if its an old one, then its just normal locked container behaviour
