Just got an alt and i need ur knowledge. I'm trying to grind out business under artisan to get merchant. What is best item to craft to get xp. i am currently at business 2 and doing fireworks for 29xp a craft.

Any suggestions!

Food and Chem crafting tools provide the best XP for Novice Artisan mate.

Ack, one error in my calculations, food and chem tools are at engineering 1.

At novice:

Wind survey tools use 16 resources and give 32 xp.

Generic crafting tools use 20 resources and give 40 xp.

I would choose generic crafting tools, especially with practice mode on. It's not like we're talking a mountain of resources here.
