First off you need to chose location, it's best to either be ina popular mall(that is growing in business)or near another popular shop. It is important to keep prices lower then anything close to your vendor. It is also helpful to put items on hte bazaar with your shop name/description. If you can write up a short email as a thank you for your customers with a wp in it, and send it to all of your new ones it can help. Put up a thread in your galazy trade forum, and post on it when you have major restockings/upgrades to your vendor. I also like to email all my customers from time to time with things like"First ten peopleto respond get 100k" and my vendor wp in them. Butif your stock is expensive or low quality, the rest doesn't matter. Getting quality stuff at good prices on thereshould be you #1 priority if you want a succesful vendor.

Whats the market?

Whats your competition selling it for?

Does yours compare or is better then theres?

Where is your shop/tent located?

Do you have advertising 3 to put your vendors on the planetary map? This helps in a big way

Have you advertised on your servers trade forums?

Trial and error. Find a niche and fill it. Good luck and ask questions
