Thread: What's a good Crafting Prof.?

I need one. Already got novice Merchant, 2/2/0/0. So if anyone could tell me what Prof I should get, please tell me.

Well if your looking for someone to let you in on the magic profession that will make you billions overnight your not going to find it.
A good crafting profession is one that you like doing. No crafting profession will be fun if you do now actually enjoy it, as even if you find one you can make tons of money at it will still take loads of time and effort to make that happen.
Just pick something that intrests you and take it slow, don't try to master overnight, because you will most likely burn yourself out and decide that crafting sucks like most people in this game seem to think.

Yeah, I see what you mean. First time I played that way I ended up quiting for a while. Thanks, anyway can you master merchant and two other crafting proffesions with 250 SP?

Yes, you can master Merchantplus any 2 of the Engineering elite professions ORboth of the Domestic Arts professions (but not one Eng and one of Dom) and have just enough skills left for Survey IV.....

Matters what you would like crafting... Weapons, Armor, Structures, Droids, Clothing, Food... lots of choices

Want to have fun AND make money...
Get an advanced combat profession plus at least the Scout hunting line.
Kill everything and place harvesters on the harder planets.
Sell resources, but do your homework and look for those rare ones people pay 200cpu for, like HQ Wooly hide, Avian meat, Polysteel copper, etc...
Pretty low overhead business, too.
