with my temp coming up in the cu i will have 23 points left(not enough to get a vender) should i get 0020 so i can set up prem auctions to sel my items on the bazzar? or should i get 0002(for mining) and sell items on the bazaar?
also how well do items sell on bazaar(can you make decent money with it)

In my opinion, premium auctions are worthless. I think it just puts a star by the auction or something. Someone tell me if I'm missing something.
Bazaar sales do pretty well. Lots of people check the bazaar. Make sure to sell your stuff on the bazaar in a city that lots of people visit (Coronet is still the hottest bazaar on my server). The problem with bazaar listings is that you're limited to 25 items at a time. But now each item can be up to 20000 credits.
I'd recommend you go with the surveying line - at least that's useful. Unless you can get another box and have artisan business 3. With that box, you have almost everything a master merchant does. So if you can get it, great. If not, then spend the points on another line and get something useful.
