I've tried to get my vendors to create a custom message but i can't seem to get a hang of it. I know the answer has to simple (which is probably why I can't get it...lol). Would anybody help me out.

You need Advertising 2 skill and the option for "Custom" will appear at the bottom of the Ad Barking menu.

Only NPC vendors can speak.
