Sorry if this has been a feature for awhile, as iv been gone for about 6 months and started playing this last month.. but is there a way currently for a merchant ro rent out or give a player admin to a vendor, so that player can stock and get the money from it? thanks.

Never been a feature and no current way to do so.

cant you make a vendor and sell it to someone? you can go that way i think.

nope. only the creator can access the vendor.
