I think I read something about this same problem in this forum recently, but I can't seem to find it via search.

I withdrew the sale of an item from one of my vendors, then went to the stock room to retrieve it. Unfortunately I did not realise that my inventory didn't have enough room (as I hadn't yet re-equipped my backpack after I changed back into my usual adventuring attire). So I got a message saying there wasn't enough room in my inventory.

I equipped my backpack and tried to repeat the procedure, only to find that all items in my stock room have vanished from sight, and are therefore completely unretrievable.

I have submitted a ticket hoping to resolve the problem, but I thought I would ask others about it here as I might get some useful feedback more quickly this way.

Thank you for any light you might be able to shed on this frustrating situation.
