Can you put bio-linked factional armor on vendors?

No.

Well, not at the moment anyway. Elyssa reported it as not being possible during beta and is saying to /bug it in game.

I'm not so sure I would want bio-linked armor on vendors. Does the armor show that it's been bio-linked in the description?

I can see some problems with this.

Bio-Linked, not bio-linked... wouldn't matter.

Once it's on the vendor you're never getting it back anyway.

I still haven't heard if this is a bug or by design.

This thread is about vendors wearing bio-linked armor hehe, not about selling it.

But you do have a valid point.

EDIT: After reading the original post, perhaps you were right and the rest of us have misinterpreted the original question lol.

Hah! That's funny!

It never even crossed my mind that it might be about anything other than dressing vendors.

yea, it was about dressing the vendors up. I have a merchant character and a friend of mine wants me to place a vendor in his house so he can throw his old Stormie armor on it but he says it's bio-linked and told me to ask if he could still do it.

My testing on TC indicated that even if it wasn't bio-linked it still wouldn't go on them.

There's a war on! Why would an NPC elite combat professional take a job as a vendor? The pay is really terrible compared to what he/she can make as blaster fodder after the CU.

Because they are mercs and we pay them well.

All other armor seems to go on a vendor no problem. Factional armor won't go on them.
