The outsides of houses are very bland. Certain structures need the ability for a merchant to add varying types of signs and billboards to the outside of houses.

Imagine on the side of a guild hall. A smiling zabrak's head with the words of your choosing. or above the door to a tent, or house you have a flashing neon sign with your vendor types. "Armorsmith" for instance.

There are many places something like this could be attacked to a house. Without making protrusions.

Something we could see without having to highlight a tiny little sign post. Making the merchant profession a little more interesting at the same time.
