Was wondering this because of the efficeny thingy.. After effieceny 2 ur vendors do not get exp per hour still?

That appears to have gone away because the problem before was tied to paying maintenance which you now pay regularly.
Course now you don't get xp at all if you don't have someone babysitting your vendors.
