Thread: More lots as one progresses up the skill tree?
Again, I'm new at this merchant profession, but was wondering if any thought has been given to increasing the number of lots a merchant might haveas they work their way up the skill tree.
We all know thateveryone gets 10 lots, but I would think that of all the professions out there, the merchant would be the one professionthat should get an increase in lots as they work up their skilltree. I'm not saying an extra lot per a particular branch in the tree i.e. vertical progression (like 0001), but what about an extra log for a completed row of horizontal progression (like 1111)....then they'd get the extra lot for a total of 11. Then at 2222, they'd get their 2nd lot for a total of 12. Max would be 15 with the 15th being Master Merchant.
Has this been discussed at all?

Sadly it's not the lots that are the main problem for their data-base.
It's the fact that they were stupid enough to incorporate 1.000.000 different types ofevery resource on every planet so that everyone has a little of everything.
(Imagine the pain we/the databasehad during beta when one resource container only could hold 250 únits)
