Became a Novice Merchant today and placed a second vendor in my house. Funny thing is it displays all the items that are on sale in my other vendor. Has anyone else had this problem?

you're most likely looking in regional view. There are 4 choices on the left hand side of the vendor when you view your own vendor .. choose the bottom one and it will show items only on that vendor. Don't worry .. when other people look at your vendor, the ywon't have that option and it will only show them what is on that vendor.
