Yes the bark droids are a huge pain in the butt.

I group with my droid and when it leaves the group, I know it's time to march on back to whatever planet it is to replace it.

I think it's SOE's idea of a "short leash" where if you go tofar, the droid go buh bye

Hey don't know if you saw this one, but this poster did some nice tests on the auto-store problems and seems to have compiled a very good explaination of exactly why, and how the droid's are auto storing.
