I bought some rescources that someone offered to my vendor and instead of getting the rescources transfered to my stockroom or inventory I just got the message in the title, has anyone else had this happen?

I've received that message once when I had alot of items that needed to be retrieved...I higlighted a few to retrieve and chose a few more to retrieve and accidentally overlapped the requests... I ended up with all items in my inventory,so if you did not, try logging out for 30 minutes then login and check your inventory again... If not there, submit a ticket and a CSR can track it by the logs and tell you what happened and why...

I tried to relog, but that didnt help, and I have contacted a CSR and he told me to tried relogging or waiting till the next server reboot. They still do that about every 24 hours right?

Yep, every morning there is a downtime when the servers reboot with or without any updates...
