Any artisan can place a vendor, all they need is Business 3, so that's kind of a moot point.

Not all crafting abilities stim off of the artisan tree. BioEngineer for example. I hada BE contract me to sell her pets and stims/tissues for her since she didn't have enough skill points for artisan. It actually works out quite well though, I get to use some vendors otherwise would just kind of sit there. *shrug*


As for every master elite profession should get a vendor ... not entirely sure I agree with that .. b/c if they want a vendor they can either go find a merchant or go up business 3 (and keep the skill).

I would LOVE to see the people who have dropped all of merchant lose their venders (giving them notice to remove items) but I think any master elite crafter profession should be able to place 1 vender if u want additional venders u need to be a merchant just my two cents.
