First of all. I have 2 questions. 1 for board moderators other for developers representatiove. I know I could probably go out in the woods and ask a tree or a stone, cause I have no hope at all to be answered as it is clear that SOE do not have a customer satisfaction minded culture.

1. Why was the 60+ thread removed? and so far, no clear answers has come. This is a totallack of respect for the people that has posted. Your customers SOE.

2. Why don't you listen to your player base?

I have a lot of friends playing this game. We are not kids. Most of us are in the age 25-35. Some developers themselves. Not in game industri, but in software developement. Everybody has the same feeling about this game and the way SOE carries out their business.

1. Devs. do not listen to players

2. There are too many bugs that should have been fixed long time ago. We do not understand how the priorities are set.

We all know that devs can not make everybody happy. But what they can do is to be more visible and to give us information. It is way out of proportions what they did in this forum to answer all our frustration with silence. This proves to me that the person or the persons who are responsible for customer relations in SOE does not know how to do a proper job.

At the end of the day. This will strike back. The game will have a sphere of negativeness, new potential customers will notice this and they will be keep away from the game. Players that are faithfull will leave.

I will also mention something.. I read in a thread about devs worries for Monopoly among crafters. That is not possible in this game. Yes there are some successfull ones that have large scale business and makes a lot of credits. But they also keep a lot of other players in job. My guild, and so many of the beginners are hunting regulary to sell resources to theese merchants.

I also know a lot of crafters whos goal for all the boring work to become a crafter is to make a good business. Theese are not scared at all about the large ones. The large ones are like an inspiration. And the large ones dissapears when owner is bored with his profession.

All in all. There are some serious lack of communication here. This is sad and could easily have been avoided.

1. because this forum software can have trouble with big thread, and it's better to lock one and open a new one than wait until the forum actually eat it and there is no way to have it back.

2. They do listen. Listening and doing what people want are 2 different things.

This game has bugs, quite alot, but is less broken then most MMORPG I've played.

The dev here do communicate. Maybe sometimes not well, or not enough, but they do.

This is far better than most MMORPG I've played.

As for priorities, they are simple to understand :
Fixing a specific bug will most of the time make a small number of people happy.
Adding content will usually make a large number of people happy.

So new content is the priority.
Same in all MMORPG if they wanna have a chance to succeed.
