Thread: items disappear while trying to retrieve..

now they're gone and the csr says too bad!


this is not acceptable. I had over 100 items that time was up on, and that's even debatable. I had retrieved all items and put them up for sale on the same day to prevent the week or 2 between them. a couple weeks later I logged on to find that over a 100 items were no longer for sale. I went to my vendor and tried to retrieve/resell items and got 2 down before all the others disappeared on me. I put in a ticket on the matter and was told to list the items that I had lost. when I did this, I was told by another csr tuff chit, the items expired and they weren't going to do a thing about it. this is just wrong. if I can't retrieve my items, of course they're going to expire! I want my merchandise back., please.

silly suggestion ....


hit the bottom choice for which vendor to view on the stockroom tab to see if you bring your items back


i know that sometimes it will show all that need to be retrieved .. then suddenly shift to the close vicinity option .. just hit the 4th choice ...

well, I have been told yet againby an illustrious (yes, sarcasm) CSR that it was my fault, and after explaining AGAIN that the items disappeared she had the gull to tell me that she had no way of verifying what I said. do they not keep our tickets in some type of data bank? if not, then why the hell do they have the nerve to close tickets before thesituation has been handled properly? if they can't tell from the date of a posted ticket that the items were deleted before they disappeared then something is not so bright about the csr. I would love their job, and would be able to do it from my computer at home, without pay.. just what are they being paid for? hell, the customers that pay to play this game know more about it then those being paid to tell us it's our fault for their bugs.


and for those of you that still are having problems with this bug, please NOTE!!! do NOT retrieve items that are not bought off your vendors. put the items back up for sale. when retrieving items at this time, all items will disappear off your list. this I had to find out for myself, by talking to paying customers, not to paid employees of sony/lucas arts. it's a shame, to say the least.

I've had this happen to me before. Retrieved 20 crates of walls from a backpack in my house and it didn't show up in my inventory.


However, after the server reset (next day), it all came back. Was unable to determine when this happened to you from your post but if it happened today, wait for the reset and see if it comes back.
