Basically what is says. Give NPC vendors uniforms by dropping clothes on them. The Adv. Vocal allows you to customize what they say I believe.... if it works.

mouse over the skill boxes and it will tell you specifics..

i believe you get to customize the ad barking and give your vendors uniforms to wear

thats what i thought but hireing 4 says thats when you can give your vendors stuff to wear

I got uniforms, and whenever I try to hand some clothing to a vendor, it says"(offended)You think I should wear this just because you want me to?". Any ideas or is this known?

The answer to your question(at this time) is NOTHING. You get absolutely nothing. You'll be getting nothing at Hiring IV as well. You'll be getting nothing with most of your skillboxes!Welcome to the most screwed up advanced profession in the game. Well Commandos may be able to complain just as much, but at least they can still fire a gun.
