Thread: Items Unretrievable from Vendors

I have two vendors now that items cannot be retrieved from. Both are resource vendors and both are npc vendors. I hear there is a problem with the npc types selling resources and now am stuck. I don't want to delete them until I see a csr about it, but then again, I can't open my shop now because I don't want to have to keep refunding customers cash back because they can't retrieve their items. So if there is a csr out there, I would appreciate some help on this. Even though to some, this may be a small insignificant problem, but for me it's game breaking, I get my income from my merchant activities, god knows I don't from being a novice doctor. A little help please.

Write a exact list of each items totalas in
500 units of Hard Wood
600 units of fiberplast
ect,
ect
Write down everything you cant get out of the vendor.
Destroy the Vendor and NEVER use a NPC Vendor to sell resources.
Submit a Game ticket.
Wait 2-3 Days and hit the chat button in your Launchpad and ask the CRS guy in there whos the Server GM and get his name and /tell him ingame.
Thats what I did to get my stuff back.
