Ok i made it tonight hehe and ill give some info about what i get that is different from the rest of you merchants out there

well the reduced maintance costs on stuctures is nice its about HALF maint i think

Vendor Maintance is 0

i got an extra vendorto put out

AND the ONLY new vendor was a 3po Droid

and of course the cool title Master Merchant

as far as i know im the only master merchant so until otherwise im SPECIAL !!!

Personal harvesters are 720 credits per day.

Medium are about 1400 per day.

Houses are about 10k for 30 days.

About how much of a discount do you get on these?

Iam also a merchant and climbly the merchant lines slowly hehehe. I have not decided if I want to master it or not there so many things I want to do and not enough points!!

Yes, please verify the exact reduction of maintenance you get for structures. Does that include ALL structures (houses, harvesters, factories)? Does Efficiency IV change the maintenance rate on the Status screen, or do you just notice a decrease in the required maintenance?

I haven't even started the climb up the Efficiency Tree, but getting reduced maintenance is about the only reason I have for continuing the Merchant profession at this point (because everything else seems to be BROKE!).

I'm really curious about this maitainence cost reduction, does it only apply for your own lots, or for all buildings you have administrative control over?

If it doesn't just apply to your own lots, but to all lots you have control over, it would be an almost given to assume that it could save architects and PAs hundreds of thousands of credits a day.

I am only planning on having advertising IV (done) and effeciency IV. Need those skill points elsewhere.

I dont see a need for more then 2 vendors, and hiring.. well.. I want Rodian merchants. Using random chance I can get the male and female rodian so hiring isnt needed.

i have a med min harvesters ive not placed it yet to find out what my Maint cost is on it and ill check and see but i think it only lowers the maint on the stuff that is on my lots

the Master Vendor is cool its a Rusty Colored 3PO

ok i don't have any more lots left to place stuff to see the maint on them so ill just scale it from my Large house Maint

the Maint Rate on my Large house is 20 so what is the normal maint Rate on a large house ?

My maint Rate on my Vendors is 0

what are the maint rates on med and personal mineral harvesters ?
