Last night, I started to receive the dreaded “Auction Unsuccessful” gmails from all my vendors (Oh how I wished I had not loaded all 900+ items together on the same night).Anyways, to pre-empt all those horrible gmails from flooding my inbox I decided to withdraw all sales, one page at a time.After all items were withdrawn, I commenced the painstaking operation of selling them all again.Everything was going okay for a while, then I started to see pages of items vanish from the stockroom.I thought nothing of it and continued thinking it was just a refresh issue…

…well it wasn’t

I felt very sick to see hundreds of premium products vanish before my eyes, thoughts of beta days swarmed through my mind.I am going to wait until after the server has rebooted to see if it is just a display problem, otherwise CSR Ticket hell will break lose.

I hope nothing like that ever happens to me since I've spent whole days crafting clothes by hand, not run in factory.

I hope its just a display error.

I got a sinking filling yesterday. I used the shuttle to go home to Wrixonia. I arrived and all that was displayed was the city buildings. Everything else looked like it had vanished. My first thought was....oh crap we've all been banned. Then I think wait I'm still on. Then I got disconnected.

But then I just reconnected and reloaded up and all was there safe and sound, but for a few minutes I was on the edge of my seat.

While we are on the topic. I have a small suggestion. I too have been annoyed at the Auction Unsuccessful that is sent with each item. Is there perhaps some way we could remove this and instead have a gmail once a day that says:

<vendor name> has items in the stockroom. Items will expire in ? days ( where ? is the number of days til the first item in the stockroom would expire. ), if you wish to keep your items please relist them before they expire.

Example:

Mecinia's Bakery has items in the stockroom. Items will expire in 6 days, if you wish to keep your items please relist them before they expire.

These gmails could be sent with server reboot each morning.

The current ones are not very helpful. I have 6 vendors.......Auction Unsuccessful never tells me which vendor it is on....which will be a problem once I expand when I can have 12 vendors. ( The problem emerges when you have two or more vendors that carry similar items that might be on different planets. Since you don't know which one has expired you have to search until you discover which it is. )

Another useful thing for vendors would be to have a set name option so that you could rename them. ( This might be harder than some think as I'm not sure how data is stored for the game. Anyway it would be a worthy addition to the game. )

Anywho my two cents...I really hope you get your items back after reboot.

unfortunately, this kind of thing happens to many of us. The CSR's will usually replace the items value, if its really gone, and you actually know exactly what you had (I take screen shots of my loaded vendor, and try to track the sales, but that is a pain )

In my personal experience, the CSR told me to uninstall/reinstall the game. It seemed to work for a few minutes, but then the stockroom emptied again. I finally realized that instead of defaulting to the 'All' category the menu search was slipping into 'Tools', all I had in the stockroom was clothing and foods. Try going to the stockroom, select 'All' and see if they appear. Good luck on this, hope it works out.

This is happening to me as well. I have bugged the issue. It seems to be a display issue. At least for me. The items are not vanished, they just aren't displaying.

My work around was to go to a different vendor of mine and go to the stockroom (this region option). All of the items appeared and did not vanish. Then I was able to relist ONE item, before having to go to yet another vendor of mine, and repeat for each and every item in the stockroom, each time using the stockroom of a different vendor.

It only works one item at a time, one vendor at a time, then you have to start again.

I know the feeling. I am away during the week, and dread logging in on the weekend to a few hundred Auction Unsuccessful emails....

I'd really like to see a way to repost multiple items at their last listed price with just a few key-clicks

The server reboot fixed the problem... phew... I don't feel so ill now

Sometimesitems appearing to be missing from my stockroom are due to not listing in the right category. I click Stockroom, then click Entire Galaxy to show every vendorI own, then click All to make sure all types of items are listed. That will usually solve the problem.

Another problemI may have is I am looking for something on the vendor like medicines soI look under the pharmaceutical category when the items are actually listed in the wearable container category because they placed them in backpacks and I forget about that.

A final area of issue is that sometimesI may use bags to put my stuff in andI may put something in a satchel or pouch instead of in a backpack. Those satchels would be listed under misc-container instead of misc-wearable container and throw me off when I list the majority of my other bags by clicking on the latter category.

When the Dev's implemented the most recent bazaar change (you know, the one where quantity and specific resource name didn't show), I began having a problem some of you can relate to.

"Item Expired"

These items were not showing up in the stockroom after the 30 day sales limit.

Since they didn't show up in the stockroom, I couldn't relist them, then they went "Poof"

After several attempts at the CSR Ticket Circus, I finally received compensation from CSRDaniel.

I gave a very detailed accounting and he promised to have it looked into and told me not to hesitate to contact him again (though a out of game email) to get things set straight.

After a couple of weeks this was what was determined throughboth our efforts.

There was a bug with items dumped to the stockroom being ONLY viewable from that ACTUAL vendor.

Since I did ALOT of my restocking remotely from Tatooine, my other vendors were deleting items, hence the "Item Expired" emails.

This was finally realized when one day I was collecting items off the PUBLIC BAZAAR when I noticed several items in the available items tab as being on Dantooine. I hadn't bought anything from Dantooine.. Hmmm...

I went to my nearest vendor to check the stockrooms GALAXY-wide. Nothing there.

I physically visited my vendor and Dant and what do you know, there were items in the stockroom.

The problem appears to have been fixed as I've not received and "Item Expired" emails in weeks.

So, if your have problems with items in your stockrooms, check the Bazaar. If they are there, then you have that particular bug.

Just thought I'd share my experience. Hope it provides some insight.
