For colours, I believe there's a FAQ over on the game guides forums.

For the title, all you need to do is map out what you want in your /notepad. Then cut and paste it into your box when you go to change the name -- It'll only show one line on the screen (Either first or last, i'm at work ATM); but the whole thing will be there
