Thread: Can Merchants place Vendors in Cities?

Or are they limited to placing them in their house?

I think they are limited to their house for now. But I beleive that once player run cities come in... merchants may have more traffic if they place their house in a player city.

They axed the ability to do it in the game cities (Mos Eisley, Theed, etc.) but of course you'll be able to in player cities. I don't think you'll ever get to have a vendor in the street hawking your wares but you will be able to have like a shop street, etc. in player cities, if one ever gets big enough anyway.

I think this would be a great option if you reached Master Merchant.


Even if he just sold waypoints to your store for 1 credit.
