Anyone notice NPC vender are charging for maintinence or is it just me?

yesterday I log in to find my venders at like 74%. So, I throw in about 500 credits on each one and log off for the server reset. LAter that day I log on and they are all back to 100% with some credits left over. I play all night occasionally checking maintinence and nothings changed. I log in this morning for a few moments and check their status. No credits left and down to 92%

Anyone else notice this? Am I totally crazy? Did my venders strike ahead of the scheduled union strike?

couple posts in the eclipse forum about this. It could just be psyhcoscemantic hysteria though. Let's see how it plays. Nothing in the update notes about it.
