I have created this thread for listing propossed bazzar improvements.

-Raise the max bid to 10,000 credits.

The bazzar holds some several unique advantages that I like take advantage of. However, I can't sell a large amount of stackable inventory (such as minerals & energy) using it.

-Searchable by catagory & name

Make the bazzar searchable!Folks would love this, it would cut down on unnessary browse time

-Have the merchant stuff...well do stuff

They seem to complain about it a bit, I understand that these things take time, but 'fixing' it would be great.

-Better classifiaction system

Tweak it so that the right stuff gets to the right place for all items. Make a general deeds section with a breakdown of Droids, Houses, and Harvesters etc.

-Change the posting fee on items

It's too low. You can change this to a sales tax, instead providing a greater, variablemoney sink. In fact youcould increase taxes on particular items due to 'imperal' restriction in certain areas. Or outright ban certain items (such as weapons) all together, giving player made vendors things to sell.

You are posting on the merchant forum about improvements to the bazaar? As a merchant I wish they would get rid of the bazaar completely.

You brought this to wrong the audience on the wrong day, but here goes:

Nope, that would horrible and the final deathblow to any use for merchants at all. The Bazaar is flea sale, venders are for higher-end goods.

try /splitting into smaller lots

I'd love to see searching in there, a good way to cut through the clutter.

Better classifiaction system

Sure, also great. Some categories are nice and specific (like "ranged powerup") while other horribly general (like "Misc...Food" including both food and spice but not drink.)

Naw, you don't want a sales tax! I think the 20 should be a listing fee, and then the Bazaar should charge you 1 credit per 1000 of the price every 45 minutes (if they are instant sales)or 24% of the final sale price (if they are auctions.) That would put it back on comparative ground with venders.
