As of this post on Bloodfin, all my NPC vendors are fine.

SOMETHING is going on... I had over 1k maint on all my vendors last night... this afternoon, one was in need of repair and several were almost out of maintenance.


Worst of all, they all show Maintenance Rate: 0 (I have Efficiency II)


Someone explain this to me. Please.


Meanwhile, I raised them all to 7k maintenance at 6:15pm EST today, and am waiting to see what happens. I am also /bugging it.
