One of my vendors ran out of maintenance. Fine. That's ok along with the 14k repair bill. It was my fault (though a notificiation email would be nice).
The problem now is that after adding 30k in maint to cover repair and then maint going forward. The vendor won't recognize it. It says I have 28days worth of maintenance but the 'repair' hasn't processed.
I've seen something similar before on harvesters as well.
Basically you can still buy and retrieve items but you just can't offer any new items till the "repair" cycles i suppose. When is that cycle? I'm sorry but I am much to busy running a city and three business' and managing 28 real in-game employees to be stymied trying to restock a vendor.
It does give me a nice instruction though 'Please make sure the maintenance fees have been paid to reactivate the vendor'. It doesn't say "Pay the maintenance fees and then wait an indeterminate amount of time and we might actually reactivate your vendor."
How long will I be sitting here looking at this 'vendor deactivated' notice?
It should process IMMEDIATELY. No delay and no bugs. If you can't get it to process immediately or near so, REMOVE IT.
Sorry, SOE, but I have better things to do with my time.

This has already been reported as a bug. It fixes itself in about an hour I believe at the next update cycle for the vendor.

actually Doc, if you are still paying attention, I think there is another bug. Factories, houses, harvestors and VENDORS appear to just eat maintence fees occasionally.
