Saw the 20% of maint. fee on one of the merchant boxes...

does this work!?

and if so, dont supose it counts for power as well?

Once you have that skill box, it applies to maintenance at 20% off on any structure that you pay maintenance on after you have aquired the skill. This is ANY structure whether you own the lot or not. Once someone else pays any maintenance on that structure, the 20% stops. You must be the last person to pay maintenance for it to work.


Oh yeah, and it doesn't apply to power, just maintenance.
