Perhaps after you set the amount you want to sell the item for another menu could pop up to give the option to do a Third Party Sale. This would give you the option to set an amount or % of the sale of the item to be paid to a third party for any items being sold for someone other than yourself. An email would also be sent to this person telling them of the sale and how much they were paid when the item is sold.
