What are some of your favourite "Suprises" that you have found posted to your vendor. I'm talking about the WHAT WERE THEY THINKING suprises, not the OMG some noob put up Blue Rug Adhesive for 300 credits suprises.
In no particular order:
1) Items that I make and sell offered back to me at triple what I sell them for (I put my toon's name on most of the stuff I make, so I know without having to go to the examine screen)
2) Outrageously overpriced items (A non-sliced vibroknuckler with standard stats for 40k)
3) Broken junk
4) My all time favourite: Engraved Pen for 10k

A holocrons with the description something like : "Hey, I bought this from you, but you need tobuy it back becausesomeone else has already used it and nowit does't give any advice anymore".

It wasn't offered directly to my vendor, but a girl had come to my shop and bought some things. She was so happy with her purchases, very sweet and sincere.
She then said to me, I have some metal I found, would you like to have it? I said sure, thats very kind of you.
So she offered me in trade: 1 unit of metal 
It was terribly sweet.

My favorite attemptto sell me something wasn't on the vendor, it was from a guy in Bestine. He wanted to sell me a blaster pistol barrel. I said I'd take a look, it turned out to be a standard piece of junk barrel. I cancelled the trade and immediately gota:

I'm not interested, I can make better barrels with my trash resources.

Forgot to mention, I had been a master weaponsmith for all of about 3 days, and had my Businessman tag up, so there was no way for him to even know I could use it.

-Well theres always the nice set of composite offered by someone used in awfull condition at full price
-then theres the I brought this from you but i brought two..buy this one back offered above my price..sorry dude ur not making money of this..maybe i should charge a restocking fee 
Havn't had many other offers..sometimes junk hides at ridiculus prices but thats about it

Top of my list:
The exact same outfit they just bought from me
made by another tailor
worn down
and being offered at the price of what they just bought
with "bought itdon't like it" as the description.
I tag my clothing as well for this fact, but it still happens
and I still have a form letter that gets sent out whyI rejected it.
Second from top:
small ( like 27 units ) chunks of hide
like they just whacked a couple hounds while walking to my shop
set at 10 per....
I am a tailor folks.
Bulk, Mass, Quantity
and 10 per?
not even if it were 1000stats down the line.
I use the roadkill hide
the stuff that earns 1-2 CPU if that!
Save the 10 per stuff for Armorsmiths
And side note:
If you offer items to a merchant be sure:
It is the right vendor
You include description of why it was offered ( in case it ISN'T the right vendor)
and most of all
Do not be surprised if it gets rejected...for any reason

Don't know if they're my "favorites", but....used and obviously inferior armor offered back to me at the same prices that I charge for myarmor...

I have always love the items bought from me, then offered back at triple the price.
I do get the plain looted junk all the time offered to my vendor. Gotta love crappy blaster rifle barrels offered for 10k each!

I had someone offer 11 units of ore and 31 units of polymer. I kept trying to get in touch with her, but she was never on when I was and I never got around to sending her an email. They got destroyed when I pulled up my vendors.

Lots and lots of used, other tailors clothing, for more than I charge! /smack Busted ( zero) condition armor for full price ( dude you can repair it!) /smack . ALOT of loot clothing ( well, if I wanted a cloak in pale puke green, I'd make one!). /smack They usually buy 1 piece of clothing, then proceed to dump their crap on me /smack . I simply reject it out of hand, and don't bother to send them an email.
