Thread: New Merchant Changes?? quick question.

ok one of my chars is a merchant so i guess these changes are gunna affect me so i better figure out what its all about. so right now im a Master Merchant. With all this new storage i dont need anywhere near that amount of room to sell item, 4000items is alot. im not a bigarmor/weaponsmith that has vendors on all major planets. are any of the skills changing or just number of vendors and number of items?
i read the in-testing post and i figured out this...i could be wrong thou:

- Advertising 3:i still get to Global Advertise.
- Management 2: get 5 vendors and a total of 1750 items. cuz all i need is 5 vendors and way less than that many items im guessin.
is that right?

These are the relevant changes:
Artisan Business III: Get 1 vendor that will hold a total of 100 items
Artisan Business IV: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +150
Merchant Novice: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Efficiency III: Get a total item limit increase of +100
Merchant Efficiency IV: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +150
Merchant Management I: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Management II: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Management III: Get two additional vendors and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Management IV: Get two additional vendors and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Master: Get two additional vendors and a total item limit increase of +1000
Artisan Business IV: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +150
Merchant Novice: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Efficiency III: Get a total item limit increase of +100
Merchant Efficiency IV: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +150
Merchant Management I: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Management II: Get an additional vendor and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Management III: Get two additional vendors and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Management IV: Get two additional vendors and a total item limit increase of +500
Merchant Master: Get two additional vendors and a total item limit increase of +1000
As you can see, you will not get 4000 items total unless you have Master Merchant. This should help you figure out if you want to drop any skills though.
