Ok, lets say I get business 3 and want to put up a vendor. Are you guys saying that I have to have a house first? And you can't build a house within the cities boundaries so your vendor is going to be out in the middle of nowhere. This doesn't make sense to me. I thought we'd be able to place vendors along the streets of the city. How do people get a player-run cantina in a city if you can't build in a city? Is that only in the player cities that are to come?

correct, you need a house first, and you can only place them far away from a city. Once player-run cities are in then it will be fine because more people will come to these player cities and if they are big enough, they may even make them their home.

right now, yup it mostly just sucks.
