Hello, SWG is the first online game I've ever played and it is awesome, of course.

I'm a novice Marksman, novice Medic and novice Entertainer, concentrating on my Marksman skills for now. I have a blaster and I've gotten enough points to learn the Intermediate skill but I don't have nearly enough money. Is it a correct assumption that missions have to be done in groups? I try to take the lowest skill missions I can find but I die way too easy. I've spent a lot of time killing butterflies and such so I definitely got better, but not good enough to complete missions it seems.

Try doing some Delivery missions rather than Destroy. On the Mission Terminals, on the top, you'll see a Destroy button and a Delivery button. Delivery missions are danger-free and can get you some cash in a hurry. If the distance is really far, that means your destination is in another city. You can figure out which city you need to take a shuttle to by using the planetary map (CTRL-V by default) and measuring the distance. Hope this helps, even if this was the wrong forum to post on!
