Is there any way for a non-merchant like me to sell stuff on a vendor? I'm working towards BE and have TONS of stim packs I will never use. My safety box is full, I can't sell anymore on the bazaar and my inventory is filling fast. Would I be able to obtain a vendor from a merchant for me to sell these stim packs on? And when I become a BE could I sell pets on a vendor as well?

If you have the Business Tree in Artisan you should be able to create a vendor and sell from it.
