Thread: question about selling to a vendor..

How do I set my vendor to allow everyone to offer items to me for sale? So far it only works if I put the individuals name on the vendor list.. Is there a name/command like entering in the word public under the vendor list?

THe got rid of the vendor list from houses. Anyone should be able to make offers.
