I'm new to the whole merchant line and tried to place an NPC vendor today. Since it is random I kept making and destroying them til I found one I liked.

Well now its caused some kind of inventory bug where my inventory keeps saying its full even if I continue to take stuff out of it. Anyone ran across this?

Sorry if it's been asked a million times before but I didn't see a thread on it.

BUMP

I'm having the same exact problem. I'm going to try to see if /stopcrafting fixes it.

I'll let you know.

I encountered the same problem. I simply logged for the night and the next day my inventory was freed up again.

Logging for a bit seems to be the best fix.

It seems the server doesn't keep track of the ones you destroy. If you've made enough to reach the limit of 50, even if you've destroyed them, the server thinks you're full.

If you then drop one item on the floor, you'll be able to make one more attempt at the vendor you want. Or move an item into your equipped backpack - that will also make one more space in your inventory.

At least at the lower levels, there aren't many choices to choose from, so you should see all choices fairly quickly.

Another way around this problem from my past experience is to free up as much personal inventory space before trying to get the right vendor. It seems when the personal inventory is below a certain % (I think around 60%) you would not see this problem as often.

Just my two cents.

I've had this bug a lot when "auditioning" vendors. I've /bugged it in game several times.

A partial fix is another bug: crates can often have the opposite effect on your inventory allowing you to have %200 of your carrying capacity! You have to tool around a bit to make it work, but this has saved my ass when my vendor issue has my inventory capped at 25 items often...
