Thread: Jaye's going off the deep end over the Vendor Bug
Ok, all I started this thread and here's a bump and I just want to tell you my plan from here.
Today I sent a certified letter to the Creative Producer of the game explaining this bug that is killing me in the game. He should have it on Wednesday.
2. Tomorrow I will log into the customer support chat room at:

I shall harrass anyone I can until I get an answer of some sort. I also plan on breaking out one of my old wardialersand bombard the SOE phone numbers with a recorded message about this bug. I also plan on hitting any ranges of numbersI can identify.
I will post whatever happens here.They'll probably can my account but that's ok,because I have already pissedoff so manycustomers that I'll never be able to do anything with my main character. So maybe I'll come back and maybe I won't.
Either way I just want afreakin COMMENT AT LEAST about this issue. I don't care what it is, I just want to know why I wasted 3 weeks ofgame play.

Just so you know -- what you intend to do could in theory actually get you arrested; potentially on a Federal level if you're calling interstate. Attorneys cost much more than a few thousand in-game credits, or $14.95 a month.
Seriously - If you're getting this worked up about a GAME, you should uninstall it immediately. Because it's not a game for you anymore; it's an unhealthy obsession.
The factory bug has essentially rendered my stim business unworkable for the time being. I'm not thinking of real life harassment as an alternative to fix that. First, it won't get anything changed any quicker. Second, see above. Third -- frankly, I've got many, many, many better things to do with my life than worry about a bug in Star Wars Galaxies. I just play one of my other characters, or watch TV, or have a bite to eat.
If you don't like the product/service that Sony is providing to you, don't buy it. Cancel your account and play something else that DOES bring you pleasure. Just sit back and consider what you're saying here: you intend to commit a civil law violation against a bunch of people at a company who haven't harmed you in any way that you could sue or prosecute over, all because of a bug in a video game.
The hostility and anger directed at the developers and Sony over a video game -- a video game -- really, really disturbs me. Just my $.02.
