I know everyone has probably already stated this but hopefully it will happen the more and more it gets posted. I would love it if us merchants can shift or ctrl select a group of items and sell all at one price, rather than clicking one at a time. It really time consuming when you have to resell a bunch of items.

I saw this mentioned once before and I believe it needs more consideration: We should be able to "set name" for our vendors. Currently the only way to do this is by removing all items from the vendor, then the stockroom, destroying vendor and creating a new one. That is alot of unnecessary steps (yuck). This is particularly important as we are climbing the profession: As we are able to hire new vendors, we organize our merchandize to increase the convenience for our customers. Every new vendor raises the possibility for another unneccesary cycle.

Granted, this detail is not as important as many others that have been mentioned in this thread, but it strikes me as relatively eary to do (what do I know, Im not a programer).

Suggestions:

Allow master merchants to have their good delivered to them.

When an item is expired and you want to relist it, have the option to use the original price and seller's comments. Right now I dont recall often what the old price is and I must research the item all over again, and i loose my seller comments.

The refresh time is too slow in looking at items, even in inventory.

I would like better break down of items.

1) items in stockroom should be re-selled in groups of same type (multiple selection)
2) remove mass e-mail notification (a daily "digest" will be appreciated)
3) insert a SEARCH field in bazaar vendor (searching for stuff in crate is VERY annoying)

Well guys it looks like somebody out there is listening.
The new vendor Category System is great!

This has probably already been stated, but just in case, I think this would be a small but very useful modification in the way items are put on the vendor for sale. I'm a shipwright, so among other things I sell tons and tons of paint and texture kits, which can only realisticaly be sold individually. That means I have to go through the effort of puttin each one on sell several hundred times. I would just like them to make it possible to select multiple things at one time for sell at the same price under the same conditions, this would also make product descriptions more feasible when selling many of the same thing, as product description clears everytime. So thats what I have to say, anyone know of a way to macro putting things up for sale?

Being new to the game, and new to being a vendor, I have a couple of things that would make it better to be a vendor

1, Please make it so you can ID the vendor and or make it customisable on creation just like player charaters, I know this has been asked for, but many voices and all that

2, Make it so you can move them left and right, back and forwards, incase you drop it in the wrong place

3, Allow the removal of the clothes you have dropped onto the vendor, incase they don't look right (now you just replace and loose them)

4, this might be hard, but i'll ask anyway. A remote stock list, so you know what is left on the vendor when you are remote from it.

On the customer end, I have requested in the pilot forum that we be able to sort through starship components on vendor-search based on cert level and whether they are pre or post-RE, or crafted.

That is a great idea! it would also be nice to have similar things like this for weapons and armour. be able to filter them by damage and such.

So much for a Smuggler revamp, maybe they should just rename us, it would take less time and be easy to do.
"Useless" would be my first choice as a name suggestion.

of course at this point there is no reason to revamp anything. SOE should just shut the game off.

I feel you, lol.

I'm just watching my merchant play flute afk, because I just can't bear to do a relist.

Guess I'll be singing the vendorre-upping blues before too long, though. The longer I put it off, the worse it gets.

Plus, with my luck, the folks standing in the shop right now are probably wanting to buy something that has gone to stockroom.

Maybe I can get better at guessing exactly how many 4 socket link steel gloves I will sell each month. Put a little batch on every week? Awww... forget it.

Sure would love some kinda restock option. Something sleek, and quick. Maybe even with an option to restock the entire she-bang at the same price the items were listed at before.

Dreaming I guess. But, I still love my shop, and my customers.
