Ugh.. I just remembered another un-fun thing. Having to go by my vendors after the reboot to put them on the ctrl v map to register them in the world. That's annoying. hehe

Bulk restocking would be nice. Most of the time when my auctions are unsucessful It's a bunch of similar resources. I would like to be able to highlight all the resources and click sell item. They would all go up for sale, not one item at a time. This would be similar to retrieving multiple items.

I do enjoy the 20% maintenance fee discount. I'd like to see a higher maintenance discount at master.

The bazaar discount is pointless. To go from paying 20 credits per listing to 12 credits is no big deal. I had to pay thousands of credits to get learn this skill and I'll never sell enough stuff on the bazaar to break even. Especially since we can only list a maximum of 25 items.

Hello, long time Master Merchant & Master Weaponsmith here...

I skimmed through this thread and agree with mostly everything folks have posted, I just want to emphasize some key points that I feel strongly about:

1. I enjoy seeing what I sold each day.

2. Vendors are great for doing trades with people while not on line.

3. Vendors are my "storage space", without this I would not be able to be in business.

4. Stockrooms NEED to be connected to all the vendors, including vendors on different planets... You should be able to put an item for sale on any vendor from the stockroom.

5. Categories in vendors need a revamp.

6. The ability to set items for certain people/faction/guilds for special orders would be a HUGE asset.

7. Some type of vendor leasing skill... The ability to add a person to an admin list on a specific vendor and set a daily fee that is deposited directly to the merchant’s bank account.

8. By far my biggest gripe with the merchant class is restocking.

Restocking sucks!

Having to restock every single item one by one when 100+ things fail from your vendor when they don't sell bites! At the very least we need a "Restock" button, where we can highlight the items, hit "Restock" and viola! the items are instantly re-stocked at the same price on the original vendor.

Thank you

Re: worthless bazaar discount

Perhaps the dev's don't realize that if you are a fairly high level merchant, you are unlikely to sell cheap items on the bazaar. Since I have been a merchant I don't think I have put anything under 2k cr on the bazaar. For resources, my sales are for the full 6k, and I adjust the resource quantity for the unit price I want. Most other folks seem to do the same. My big issue with the bazaar is resource slots, if I go there I want to put some significant value up for sale. $150k makes it worth the trip, but I am not going to waste my time and slots putting up small sales.

A newb may sell 100cr artisan food, tiny resource packages from surveying, etc., and then the bazaar price is a significant percentage of the asking price. A discount at bus I might make sense (is there one?), but not in merchant. Even the full price for premium sales is less than 2% of a 6k pack, truely chump change.

It makes the skillmore ofof an insult than a benefit. Why would a sucessfull merchant care about saving 4 credits! Do they thing we are such failures?
