i recently rediscovered these forums and very pleased to see we have some one consolodating our concerns so the devs to realize what they are much more easily. i can only hope they listen *crosses fingers*

I have been reading the all the forums for quite a few months now. And only recently have I come out of the shadows to start posting.From everything I have seen, Marqie is one of the best Corspondents on any of the lists. She has my full support as someone who knows what they are doing,and making every effort that aplayer character can do to makes the necessary changes.

In case nobody has noticed, Marqie apparantly posted a negative response to one of Greifking's [sic] first troll posts about 2 months ago (Don't Tip Dancers was the title). Apparently he decidedtogo search back throughhis long-dead posts so he can find someone to attack. On top of that, almost every post he has made has recieved a one star rating. I strongly doubt he is a merchant or even an artisan, considering he wrote a post about howthe developersshould "nerf the artisans." So every indication points to the fact that he has simply posted this to get back at Marqie for something she wrote in the past.

If he thinks it is amusing to write flames and troll in order to rile people up and get attention, then he might as well know that I find a certain perverse pleasure in demonstrating that such people are petty, vindictive idiots.If his goal was to start a post toshow how many people are willing to defend Marqie and say what a good job she's done, then he has certainly succeceded. And to phrase it simply, in a battle of wits people likehim rarely have the ammunition to win. I would put a little more effort into this post, but frankly, demonstrating hisstupidity isn't very challenging, and doing soany further would just be overkill.

And now for something completely different: I think Marqieis doingas good ofa job as anyone could possibly expect, especially considering the lack of developersupport for the correspondants program. She has been very active in this forum, and I can tell she puts a lot of effort into her position. And it undoubtedly requires a great deal of patience and tact to balancebetween the developers and the players, especially considering the level of negativity on these forums. When the developers do give thisproffession attention, having someone like her will make a lot of difference in getting the right issues addressed properly.
