I would say E but thats not realistic...

just for the record heres my estimates:

A-over 2500 will quit swg

B-1500-2400 will quit

C-900-1400 will quit

D-300-899 will quit

E-100-150 will quit(the people who actually think that limits will break up ogopolies and are frustrated at SOE,these people are ..well...i cant discibe my greviencies in words....)
