However, when my armorsmith traded me two packs with goods this morning, in the trade window, they show up as 0/50. When I look at them in my inventory, they show the correct volumes, and the armor is inside.

Very, very disheartening day.

Here are the news. The two bags retrieved from the npc vendor that showed up empty got their content back after server reboot, being stored in the house.

I still have 4 sets in the vendor tho, and i still fear to take them out of the npc vendor, as some posters here and on kaurichamber.com confirmed in their case it never showed up.

Any chance that a csr would show up to take the bags out safely?

lost 100K to this bug today I have always sold my items in travel packs with the customers name on it. Not being able to sell on the vendor with a pack now severely screws up any chance of doinf special orders. How the heck am I supposed to fill custom orders if I can't keep an entire order together? Guess it's back to selling manually and letting the frigging vendors collect dust..

How long does it take for the items to "re-sync"? Is it something that only occurs during the daily downtime? The reason I ask is that I was planning to re-open my store later today, but now the 200+ items that I had stored in travel packs are mysteriously absent. I've spread them out such that there would be enough room for the items when if they re-appeared (I'm wearing one pack and carrying another, and I dropped a few among my houses). But now what? Will logging out and back in solve the issue?
