Regarding the backpack thing:

I have put orders in backpacks and my customers have retrieved them fine, even before the recent *fix*. However, there was one time a friend offered a backpack to me with 17 expensive droids in it for me to sell. I pulled it and it was empty. I dropped it in my house, picked it up, logged, etc....it was still empty.

We lamented about this for 3 days and then suddenly they all appeared. LAME....but at least they were there!

Other than that incident, I have had no problem with clients getting bagged items. Maybe its better on private vendors than on public bazaar.
