Thread: I am so screwed :(
Cruising around the boards, I saw this post, and, depending on how desperate you are. You can save all 1,000 items
Several people have offereed the free use of their lots on Gorath, so hopefully you can get 10 nice, shiny, empty lots. Then, no need to go to Naboo. Buy factories. 10 of them(no structure factories) Put a weeks' worth of maintance in each. then, put 100 items in each of the input hoppers. Problem solved. 100 x 10 lots = 1000 items. It will be quite expensive to purchase and pay maintenace on those 10 factories, but not much more than 10 heavies would be , and I maintain 10 heavies myself each week.
It's a solution probably many people haven't thought of because of the sheer expense of it, but if you REALLY need storage space...
If this house does hold 150 items it is an expoit. Houses are supposed to hold 8=75 items per lot used.

Why not just use a small naboo house, style 2? It uses 1 lot, only costs 384 a day, and holds 150 items. Sure it's not an exploit of the factories, but it is the way SOE intended us to do it. Anyways, if you ran a real life biz from your home, and went on vaction for 2 weeks, it'd suffer too. I kind of congratulate SOE on making this game realistic in some ways. But honestly, just get house, and pay up 2 weeks worth of maint. on them and put all yer items in them.
Hey, no problem at all, here's what you do:
You set the administrator on your vendors to someone else.... no wait!, everyone thinks this is a bad idea, so they didn't implement that. doh!
Well, here's another solution. You take the items out of your vendor, and store them in your house for safekeeping. No, wait, they nerfed houses so they only store 150 items. doh!
Yep, you're screwed, no doubt about it.
There have been a dozen practical and kind suggestions and offers presented here. If you don't take advantage of them, I really can't feel sorry for you. 1000 items is alot of spam, but I've done 400+ several times so I know its not impossible. Set aside a few hours and just do it. ![]()
The 1-lot house holds 75 items. 75, not 150. Trust me. I own one.
Your best bet is to stuff as much as you can into your factory input hoppers and slash prices on the rest to get rid of it.
(Actually, the best bet for all of us would be simply to drop our subscriptions to this so-called game that has such STUPID, arbitrary, annoying, and completely unthought-through game mechanics. I'm going to be unable to play for a month, starting in November, and if this STUPID BULL **edit** system is still in effect whenI log off for that last day, I'm just cancelling because I will have lost everything by the time I can get back on.)
