The display that tells you what the discount is wasn't in place prior to 11/13 but I have no idea if the discount was being applied before. It would difficult to tell because it really didn't tell you unless you just remembered what the rate was supposed to be.

I don't know if it is intended or not. You COULD make a business of giving away your discount I guess. Seems like a lot of work running around paying maintenance for the reward.

I agree Completely. Mostly it will be abused by prople who will annoy their merchant friends to pay the maintenance on the PA Hall they are using as a house.

Yea me too. (CFO for the PA) so I usually end up paying the maintenance after guildmates pay me their share. (When they remember and dont' leave me holding the bag for the whole thing)

I see what you guys mean now. And you've changed my mind. I hope it's not a bug or exploit, because it gives a reason for a PA or city to employ a Merchant.

Hi,

the reduced Maintenance Fee was shown at the Harvesters by displaying another Maintenance Rate. However, it showed the discount, but didnt calculate it. Its a little bit like the actual power-bug. What it shows and what is real are two different things.

Does anyone really controlled if it works now?
